Effective March 1, 2024, a nominal equipment rental will be applied to Fibre service bills. Reason for the Change: To ensure the sustained quality and reliability of our Fibre services, we are introducing a nominal equipment rental. This will contribute to ongoing infrastructure investments, maintenance, and technological upgrades, allowing us to deliver an even better internet experience. Details of the Rental Charge: The equipment rental will be at a flat rate of $400 (VAT Inc) per month. The charge will be clearly itemized on your monthly bill under the description "Equipment Rental." This change will only apply to Fibre service subscribers.
