Effective March 1, 2024, a nominal equipment rental will be applied to Fibre service bills.
Reason for the Change:
To ensure the sustained quality and reliability of our Fibre services, we are introducing a nominal equipment rental.
This will contribute to ongoing infrastructure investments, maintenance, and technological upgrades, allowing us to deliver an even better internet experience.
Details of the Rental Charge:
The equipment rental will be at a flat rate of $400 (VAT Inc) per month. The charge will be clearly itemized on your monthly bill under the description "Equipment Rental." This change will only apply to Fibre service subscribers.
How This Affects You:
The new nominal equipment rental will be effective in your March billing cycle and will be applied to the bill received in April.
Payment Options:
The nominal equipment rental will be automatically included in your monthly billing statement thereafter.
