From time to time some customers miss payments with the unfortunate result being a disconnection.

We sincerely hope that this never happens to you, but in the event that it does, we would like you to know that the fee for re-connection of service is $3,000 (VAT included).

To ensure that you have enough time to plan, this fee will not come to effect until February 10th 2019 and will apply to disconnections after this date.
